Nordstrom, one of my favorite agency clients, recruited me to join their in-house copy team in 2014. I specialized in writing for and expanding their famous email program, which has thousands of global subscribers, and drives a huge amount of business. Nordstrom’s willingness to take risks with their voice made it an exciting company to write for. Plus, it was one of the very few jobs where I could call shopping “research.”
